CAPABILITY STATEMENT

Technical and specialized Handling

We have an understanding of the technicalities of handling, procuring, warehousing and movement of pharmaceutical and specialized medicines. This has led us to train our staff appropriately. Health Commodity Management such as antiretroviral (ARV) drugs, tuberculosis, malaria medicines, cold chain items, and test kits calls for technical capacity development and exposure to the personnel dealing with them on a daily basis. Our delivery agents are trained to deliver items appropriately and collect delivery notes in all cases.

To this end, we have chemists, pharmacists, and health commodity supply chain experts leading our team at various levels. Furthermore, with regards to transportation and distribution, our structures are tailored towards sensitive areas of commodity management such as our vehicles which are covered and refrigerated. We also have a comprehensive on-the-road communication and follow up system via telephone and radio structures. Our drivers are literate and are accompanied on trips by literate logistics assistants. However, we are in collaboration with some security agencies to accompany our vehicles across volatile areas.

We are covered and in business with leading insurance companies. Our GIT are updated and wide enough to cover our operations across the length and breadth of the country.
